邬老师

邬老师在上海海关工作30余年，历任货管处处长，审单处处长，通关管理处处长和海关法规处处长，现在国际四大会计事务所担任常年海关专题顾问，邬老师精通海关进出口通关、征税、估价、统计、调查、加工贸易、保税仓储及海关法律法规等各项业务。在培训中擅长以各行业实际案例来解读我国现行海关政策和通关管理的规定，尤其擅长于解决海关法规执行中疑难复杂问题，最大限度的为从事进出口业务加工贸易，国际物流等单位规避风险。

Mr. Wu has worked in Shanghai Customs for 30 years. He successfully held the positions such as in charge of cargo division, director of customs examination, customs clearance management director, commissioner of customs regulations, Mr. Wu has extensive hand-on experience and profound knowledge in customs matters. And now he is customs consultant at “Big 4 accounting firms”. He has done long times research on the customs laws and regulation. He is good at elaborating on customs policy in real cases; specializes in finding solutions for complicated problems that caused by implementing customs regulation, to help enterprise avoid risk.
